Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is FREE on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $9.99. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is $14.99. Overnight shipping is $29.99. All rates are for domestic USA delivery.

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express takes 2–3 business days. Overnight shipping delivers by the next business day if ordered before 2PM EST. Processing time (1–2 business days) is separate from shipping time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number at our tracking page, USPS.com, or UPS.com. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.

Yes, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees charged by their country.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Undergarments and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. See our full Return Policy for details.

Email returns@vogueusamodels.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid USPS return label within 24 business hours. Pack the item securely and drop it at any USPS location.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

We sincerely apologize for the error. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send you a prepaid return label and ship the correct or replacement item at no charge, or issue a full refund.

We recommend checking our Size Guide before purchasing. Each product page also includes specific sizing notes. When between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Our sizes follow standard US sizing.
